This 7 week journey will consist of tapping into each Chakra one week at a time, releasing and deep trauma that is hidden to aide in the healing process. Included also weekly-1 30 minute Reiki Session for the particular Chakra being worked on, 30 minute coaching session, 30-minute guided meditation.
